Is it possible for a teacher to use lesson plans from the past year for the following year?

November 282011

For example an english teacher decides that she/he doesn’t want to write new lesson plans, so she/he uses the ones from the past year, because the students worked so well and learned very good with them.

If the lesson plans meet the learning requirements and he she feels like it is worth keeping it them they can use it , but I mean most teachers like switching things around every new year too keep the class interesting and freshly updated with new updated facts …

How many driving lessons will i need to pass in the UK?

I’m nearly 18, and have a good attitude towards learning. I’m going to university next year so I need to learn to drive as quickly as possible. I’ve been riding a motorcycle for a year now with no problems so I think it’s safe to say I have reasonable road sense and know the rules and signs etc. How many lessons will I be likely to require before I stand a chance of passing my test?

The average in the UK for someone of your age is 45 hours. Any previous experience will stand you well and can be used as transferred knowledge to driving. You will really need to see how quickly you learn in your first few hours and have a good chat with your instructor about things.

I did train a 17 year old a few years back who was also a motorcyclist and I got him ready and he passed his driving test after 12 hours of training. Like you his attitude to training was excellent and this helped a lot.

Hope this helps David (Driving Instructor)

What is the perfect lesson plan for a preschooler?

November 132011

I’m taking college classes because I want to become an early childhood education/ elementary teacher. Anyways, for my preschool curriculum class I have to create a lesson plan for ages 3-4 with an area in language arts. The book is eric carle’s polar bear, polar bear, what do you hear? We cannot do sounds of the animals or acting them out(teacher did example of this)

Google is an amazing resource.
