How much sleep should I have?

I’m 14 BTW.

I really want to watch this film tommorrow morning before school so I’m planning to sleep 9pm until 4.30 or 5am; is this enough sleep?

It gives me the 3hrs to watch my film, and if I’m tired I will just fall asleep at school if I have the correct lessons for that (English Type One, Spanish, R.E, Geography, Science) anyways, is this enough sleep.

We usually sleep 6-8 hours a day on average. One third of our life time we spent on sleeping. If you sleep at 9pm, you should have plenty of sleep by the time you wake up at 4:30.

    for mature people the normal should be 7 and a half - 8 hours per night…for kids it’s more,around 8-10 h is ok

    suggestion: leave the movie for another time,it’s not good to ruin your sleep for that or your school activities
