    i wonder how to hook flies, i hurt myself awhile back throwing a hook. I think that i throw them to wild. They have good knock out power, but i’m always scared my shoulder will snap again. When i watched this i saw he threw his hooks from his body, in a way that you have to be very close to your opponent to score a hit. Can somebody please explain this a bit. Thanks in advance

    when they throw a hit and make noises , it controls your breathing when your fighting .

    You dont get as tired if you werent using this breathing technique .

    start out slow bro if 4mins is to much for you then try at least 2mins but just dont go all out like some idiot like do combos move around etc but dont just go all out that just makes you really tired once u get use to 2mins add a another min then another min etc etc make small goals first not bigs one ;)
