I’m clever (not showing off but to answer my question you probs need to consider that) and I will practise in between lessons. I usually pick things up pretty quickly. How many hours of lessons do you think I’ll need?

I would say for you probably about 25-35, but book them in blocks because its cheaper and also this bears in mind the fact that youll be practising outside of lessons, my brothers passed first time with about this much, its a lot easier when you practice yourself too :D x x x x x

The majority of people need in between 30-40 hours. But it varies from person to person.

I had 7 lessons and passed with 3 minors. But I also had a motorcycle licence so I already had road awareness. the best thing to do I have 1 lesson and let the instructor assess your ability and s/he will be able to give you an estimation of how many lessons you need.

Depends on your confidence and ability, but ADI (driving instructors) say pupils pass their tests after an average of 45 hours paid lessons and 22 hours practice with friends or relatives.

No one will know that from a few words on here.
The current average is 45 hours of lessons with 22 hours other practice.
You may be a great driver in lessons and rubbish on test - it just goes that way sometimes.
