This video was made as a desktop documentary to be displayed during a social studies lesson created by me for my methods course at the University of Iowa. It’s used as an introduction to the second day of the lesson plan on civil liberties restriction with historical reference to the founding fathers and the Sedition Act of 1918. It attempts to relate those references to contemporary issues.
