This video shows activities of students in the course of their studies for ociate degree qualifications in the Division of Computer Studies, Community College of City University (CCCU) in the 2008-09 academic year. The activities centered on themes of personal development, education for social competence and skills for continuous learning. CCCU continues the long tradition of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) in the provision of sub-degree education since 1984. Established in 2004 with a recently realigned focus, CCCU offers a wide range of ociate Degree programmes, a Pre-Associate Degree programme and other educational programmes. All ociate Degree programmes incorporate general education and discipline specific components essential for further studies, employment and personal development.

Restriction of Civil Liberties During Times of War

It’s used as an introduction to the second day of the lesson plan on civil liberties restriction with historical reference to the founding fathers and the Sedition Act of 1918.
